Following a two-day meeting in their headquarters in Geneva the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the Ebola outbreak in West Africa is now an international health emergency. Liberia's president has declared a state of emergency in an attempt to stop the Ebola outbreak which continues to spread across West Africa according to local newspaper reports.
